This was our 7th year for this event.  I had the idea years ago that we should
have a late fly in to thank everyone for a good year.  I didn't want it
to necessarily be a money making event, having no fees, just for everyone
to come out and have fun.

Over the last 7 years, we've had all sorts of weather and all sorts of turn out, but this was one of the best yet on both counts.  The weather was cold and overcast in the morning, but the clouds cleared, and we had a great day. 

We had 42 registered pilots and over 70 airplanes.  Flyers came from our
club, other Indianapolis area clubs and some from the Chicago area.  We also
had plenty of spectators including some local police and a few prison guards.
Some of them even got to fly our club trainer on a buddy box.

Thanks to everyone who came out and made this such a wonderful event.
